I'm not sure which "Creole" culture you are referring to, as that word is used in a variety of different ways. But Cezelia would seem to me to probably simply be a variation of Cecelia or Cecilia.
Did you see the Egyptian name written out or just hear it? "O" is a very rare letter in transliterations of Arabic into English. The closest I can find to this are three names in Gandhi & Husain's THe Complete Book of Muslim & Parsi Names.
That book lists 'Anâq as an Arabic name meaning "lynx", A'naq as an Arabic name meaning "long-necked", and Anaq as an Arabic name meaning "joyful, glad". This message was edited by the author on October 18, 2009 at 2:51:56 PM
