Thalia =THAL-ee-ah (THAL- is pronounced as Sylvester would prounounce "Suffering Succotash")Theia is not a proper name in Greece. It is an adjective meaning "female godliness" as well as (on a more mundane level) "aunt". It would be pronounced THEE-ah (again, think Sylvester!)
