I don't have any suggestions for renaming Tzar, but the site certainly does. If you want it to be a one-syllable 'T' name, you can find that, here.
The story idea doesn't appeal to me, mainly because the way you describe it sound convoluted, foggy. I'm not exactly sure what's going on, aside from the fact that it's about two twins, and one of them is abused by his father.
