Pen name- If I were to use one, I'd just translate my name. I wouldn't dwell on it, though. You'd have to be published soon to worry about that imo.
Tzar and Adzar are basically the same to me. To easily say Tzar, you'd voice the t, making it a d. All you did was add one letter. It reminds me of the princes of Archenland from CS Lewis's A Horse and His Boy- Cor and Corin, Dar and Darin. Since they are both important, you should have names that are different for the two. Or else use a nn for one all the time so you know who's who.
