Viktor is because it is the right mix of old-fashioned and cultural ambiguity since it's used in about half a dozen different countries. Jasper and Levi aren't really names I'd usually pick but they just sort of fitted the characters. The fact that Jasper is a bit old fashioned and Levi is somewhat culturally ambiguous due to having about three different origins depending on how you pronouce it probably helped.
