OK, I posted something on an idea for a fantasy novel of mine, and I need some ideas for this to work.
The main character, Amy, has spent her whole life in an orphanage, and one day decides to run away. I have a reason for why she does this (people treated her like she didn't know any better), but I don't know if this is a good enough reason.
Later on, Amy meets a faun (now named Fyodor), and a pixie/fairy crossbreed named Lee Anna. I need ideas on how they should meet. Originally, I was going to have Amy get attacked and then have Fyodor and Lee Anna rescue her and bring her to their campsite, but I think that's been done a little too much.
