Young man, university student, possibly early twenties. He looks about him in an unassuming way, but his eyes are quick; a good observer. Clothes and his ease of manner suggest an upper-class upbringing, since he is used to this sort of thing.
Vincente Jarvis watched, waited for the young man he had been observing to walk somewhat closer. Then, when the man was within conversational distance:
"Interesting party, won't you say?" he flashed his trademark Cheshire Cat-like grin. "Haven't had such a peculiar gathering in quite a while."
