Spencer chuckled as Aurelia spoke about Saul's accent. He had indeed noted the man's strange way of speaking, but did not say anything, as he assumed it was simply normal where he came from.
"Oh, journalism... Well, that's when people write about the news so that everyone else can find out what's going on in the world. It's really important." He smiled, thinking of the way his friends teased him for his addiction to news channels and websites.
"Well, I'm actually Spencer Montgomery IV, so I've never thought my name is terribly unique. It was just my great-great-grandmother's maiden name. I actually was in school with another Spencer for a few years. Everyone called him Jock Spencer, and I was Theater Spencer. They almost called me Gay Spencer, though, but I'm glad that didn't happen." He laughed a little at the memory. Oh, high school...
He snorted when Saul talked about Roman's name and nudged him, images of the tall, slender Roman lifting large objects and standing in "manly" poses flashing through his mind. "A violinist? You don't know what a violinist is? Like, a violin? And instrument, with strings and a bow?" He lifted his arms briefly, miming playing a violin. "Honestly, I've always thought his name is very good for a musician. I feel like there's something sort of--" romantic "--artistic about it, if you ask me."
