"When you're older, you'll get to drink coffee to help with that," Spencer said. "Or tea, I suppose." How often would he fall asleep in class without his morning cup (well, cups) of coffee? He didn't even want to think about it. "I once fell asleep during a lecture and wasn't caught until all of the other students had packed up and I was still in my seat. I was fifteen, and the next day was the day when I really started drinking coffee."
Spencer pondered the young girl's question. "Well, I'd be happy to know they exist, because I still think it would be really cool, but I wouldn't want to meet them. I'd think it was cool to find algae on another planet, though."
