That's the very true story in my country. A true story of a tricycle driver who won 1 prize lottery (it's 3 millions back then) is a well-known. He had been poor for all his life, so, when he got rich, he spent it like it's infinite, treated his friends and relatives. In just a year, he ran out of his money, never bought a house, car, or start a business. He then returned to driving a tricycle.
