Ah, I meant "Is your way of dealing with hardship effective for getting through it?" Possibly with the implied question of "Is it actually effective, or does it just make it so you can put off the real problems?"

Anyway, enough of me sounding like a therapist. Let's say that you have a week to do whatever you want, with as much money and whatnot as you need, and only a week. What would you do?
