Somewhat convincingly, but not entirely so, I suppose. Just the usual mix of uncharacteristic attire (a bit hard to pull off for Vincente, since anything goes for him) and Clark Kenting. Art is a bit complaining about wearing contacts, but just complies after he sees his companion isn't really likely to undo that decision.
Once inside, they manage to find someone who fits James' description (with dark hair, of course), and Vincente decides to try arranging an "introduction". This he does by faking the classic "obnoxious American tourist" persona, arriving at the bar the same time Specs does, and then volleying polite "No, you first"s back and forth before introducing himself (this time a bit more completely, as "George Bell, but please call me Joe. I hate George"). Art, of course, was somewhere between intrigued, amused, and eye-rolling, as is usual. Specs introduces himself as Harry - hardly a helpful lead. Vincente, of course, keeps rabbiting on before introducing "My 'mate', ha ha ha, 'mate', Peter Dent".
