I'm not really sure if this is the right forum for this, but this is related to a story I'm writing and I'm positive this quote is from a book, or a poem, or whatever. I found it when I was looking through some papers and I'm trying to find out who it's written by, with no luck. I've typed it in google and ask.com but the only concrete things I've come up with are related to a site dedicated to Harry Potter fanficton. I've read the books but never the fanfiction stuff, so I know I didn't come across it from there. But nothing else is coming up and I can't remember where I got the quote from. I don't want to use this quote without making sure I'm not unintentionally stealing it from someone else. Anything you can give me about where it comes from will definitely help!
