Like Amphelise said above (I totally agree with her advice), it's probably better to find people online to read it, because that way it'll be easier to find someone who will be accepting. Besides, friends and family really aren't the best people to ask for writing advice even if their opinions about things are exactly the same as yours, because the fact that they know you personally will almost always impact their opinion of your work somehow.
As for those people, I've never actually met anyone who was outspoken about having views like that because of where I live and go to school, but I can imagine what it's like, so just keep in mind that the fact that you see and interact with people like that doesn't mean everyone is that way, and you can definitely find someone open-minded and mature enough to read your work online.
