My gut instinct is to say that you should age her up to 16 for that reason, too, but what is the world of the story like? Is it a place where people get married/have sex/have children very young by our standards? Are the values more like those in our world? Basically, if you provide something that can be seen as an in-universe justification for her doing those things at 14, I'd accept it, and if other people didn't and complained about it, you'd at least be able to defend yourself by saying that that's just how the world of the story works.
