I have no experience either, but I really want to try writing a screenplay (finishing it is another matter...) and maybe putting it to use (independent film festival!)
I actually got to do an English project this year with creative writing (I was VERY excited). One part of it was we had to write a story based on a photo. I can't find the picture. Anyways, in it, Leni Scottsfeild had claustrophobia, Borderline Personality Disorder and mild Schizophasia (they weren't all acturately displayed because she was diagnosed after I finished writing.) and Carmichael “Michael” Tyson had Retrograde Amnesia. He was making a book for when he forgot people. He forgot one of their friends, and she went in his room to get it. She freaked out and ran because it was too small, ripping the book. He got mad and then she put him in the hospital. She then revealed she actually had an edetic (can't spell) memory, but ran away before they could make up. I really liked them (though she was dangerous). There were a couple other kids I thought of, too.
I could use that as a movie...?
