First off, if there was backspace protection it would drive me crazy! But it would be helpful (lately my computer's jumping around funny). On IE, if you preview, then, say, open google then go back it usually saves it. Not sure if that helps...
I'd definitely go with Option 3. Even if your book is not set in Russia. (Btw, weird coincidence, my book takes place in Russia. But I speak English and some French... so... yeah. Not up to date on Russian culture. I'm guessing you speak Russian?) Is that bottom scene the only one with Russian or are there a lot of scenes?
