Just write in English. You could use a few key Russian terms in their dialogue and include a short glossary in the front, but otherwise it'll just be a waste of your readers' time as they won't be able to read it.
I know I, as a reader, get ticked off with novels written in England that seem to assume that everyone has a bit of French. A novel partly written in Russian would go straight back on the shelf.
