Well, physical appearance and personality have nothing to do with characters' names, so there's not much help we can give you from that information. What about their backgrounds? What kinds of names would their parents like? What kinds of names would they like for their future son? When and where does the story take place?
As a place to start, go to www.behindthename.com/top and look at the top names for their birthplace and year. You may not actually give them one of those names, but it can at least give you ideas.
Also, 102lbs and 5'3" is quite skinny, and 119lbs and 6' is dangerously underweight, just so you know.
