My character is hit by an oncoming vehicle in a horoic attempt to save his girlfriend. I need help thinking of how he will be injured afterwards. I want it to be realistic, however I also want him to fully or almost fully recover from his injuries. He is the "miricle child."
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
