I opened the door slowly and smiled at the patient. "Good morning, Ms. Verna. I'm pleased to meet you. I'm Dr. Samantha Tully. Relax, this won't be as bad as you think."

She didn't believe me by a long shot, I knew. Most of my patients never did. It was a thankless job, but someone had to do it in hopes of less crazy people...setting fires to barns. "What would you like to talk about first, Ms. Verna?"
