Martin's foot immediately stopped and his posture straightened. He took his hands from his pockets and put them on the arms of his chair and managed to relax his jaw, although his eyes widened slightly in shock to compensate.
"I, uh, well, I'm..." he stammered. He had not expected the therapist to be so brusque. He cleared his throat and started again. "I graduated from law school this past May, and I've been working in a firm pretty much since then. It's pretty stressful, obviously, and I guess I didn't really think it was too much, but my, uh, my boyfriend did, so he kind of convinced me to see someone."
