Well, I'm sorry you're so hurt, but if you're serious about writing at all, you have to grow a thicker skin and not interpret criticism as mean and hateful and assume that whoever's giving it is a horrible person. Trust me, you can get much, much harsher criticism than what you got here, we're just trying to help and point out specific flaws.
As concerns "deserving to be a published writer", do you think that being published happens overnight? Writers spend years writing and rewriting their pieces, and a lot of best-selling authors got rejected before being eventually published. Why? Because they decided to take criticisms seriously, rather than thinking the publishers who had rejected them were being ,and negative.
I think you've got talent but you need to practice and rewrite a lot more your pieces. Nothing is great without putting effort into it.
I don't know about the others, I didn't write anything positive, even though I generally try do so, because, well, for this specific piece it was difficult to, honestly, it would have felt just like sugarcoating. Which doesn't mean that this piece, or you, don't have a chance. Why don't you think of the suggestions that have been given? What do you want to write about, exactly? You'll get plenty of good advice here, what you won't get is just a random pat on the back.
ETA: I don't get why you keep pieces here, especially if you feel like this. Not that you shouldn't, but it might help to focus on one story, think about characters and plot, do some research perhaps, rather than jumping from one piece to another.
