Not all blind people wear them, and the ones that do wear them for a variety of reasons:

1. Sometimes their eyes don't look normal and the sunglasses camouflage that.

2. Sometimes if a person has a little vision left their eyes are sensitive to the light.

3. Sunglasses just look cool. That's why my friend often wore them. Not all the time but he likes them and looks good in them.
