Yes, I can now see that she seems quite bitchy, but isn't that quite natural? After all, she is just a little girl that's very upset with her family situation and takes it out on her dad. If she was a perfect daughter, of course she would try to support her dad, but I thought that maybe this way, she sounds more ... believable and real.
And yes, I know it needs to be redrafted. This was a rough translation, since it's not written in English :)
