I don't think she sounds whiny, I agree with the others that she comes across quite mean though. I can relate to the situation as my parents are divorced and it wasn't a pretty divorce either.
Personally I was never that mean, but each person reacts differently. The thoughts make sense, but I think maybe less snarling at her dad might make her more likeable, but that's only if you want her to be likeable.This message was edited by the author on January 12, 2013 at 5:32:07 AM
