I'm starting a series about some characters my friend and I developed through roleplays. The roleplays are from a copyrighted series, but the characters were non-human OCs. Now, they're humans for a school-centered series, and I've just left some names, the personalities and some aspects of their appearance, so you'd only probably recognize the series they were originally from if I told you.
I don't want to say the series incase I have to just never mention it or something.
Will I have copyright problems or anything?
