I find the 'd' sound (in most cases) rather harsh, especially at the beginning of a name. And even though I said Cecily Anne was perhaps too delicate, I think Delphine was going too far in the opposite direction, if you get my drift.The only 'd' name that I think would still sound okay to use in this combo would be Cecily Danielle. But this is all just my opinion.
