Hmmm. Sorry for any repeats:

Poseidon
Niamh (a water sprite)
Ondine / Undine (from the French word for wave, onde)
Muriel (= bright sea)
Murphy (= hound of the sea)
Aquinas (m) ("ah-KWIE-nus") (I don't know the etymology of Aquinas, but it makes me think of Aqua)
Jason ("and the Argonauts")
Marina (= little Maria, but the similarity to a marina is too obvious to ignore)(nn Marnie is cute)
Marinus (m)
Pacifica
Sandrine (from Alexandrine)
Henry (the Navigator)
Leif (Eriksson -- sp?)
Brendan (the Navigator)
Vasco (da Gama -- sp?)
Columba (m)(f)

ETA: Marisol (I know it's Maria + sol / sun. But it always sounds like mar / sea + sol / sun. How great would a name meaning sea + sun be?

Some of these are rather far-fetched, I admit.

[By the way, Piers has an "s" sound on the end, not a "z" sound as in the plural of a pier. Piers is the older spelling of Pierce.]
