Aw. Your first list reads like F.
Scott FitzGerald characters. I can see many of them in 1910s or 1920s outfits.
Rose? Really? I'm surprised. And
Daisy seems pretty mainstream. Let's hope "Downton
Abbey" brings new life to the names
Edith and
Daisy. I've all but given up hope that
Ursula can resurrect herself with the general public. *sigh*
As for your second list, I protest
Kyle,
Luella (although I prefer
Llewella),
Selma,
Enid (adore!),
Coretta,
Briallen,
Noa (as long as the "h" is left off I love this for a girl),
Perdita,
Tanis,
Theia,
Maurice (adore),
Carey (although I confess I only like the
Cary spelling),
Corentin,
Lir (if it's related to
Llyr),
Paris,
Pollux (I saw on another board a couple claim to have named twins
Castor and
Pollux. They called the latter
Paul. Dad was an astrophysist.)
