As I love most nature names, I love Ocean. Some alternatives I also like are River and Lake, and it's alternate spelling Laik.
Zane always makes me think of the old show M*A*S*H and how Col Potter always read Zane Gray westerns. Personally I would use Ocean as his first name, but pair it with something a little more traditional for his middle name.
