This is really hard - I love them all! I think I'm a bit biased though, as my sister's name is Genevieve nn Evie. I don't think it's 'cliched' at all - I've only ever met one other Genevieve (who also went by Evie).
I love Evangeline too, but not the religious connotation.
Probably, if I didn't have Genevieve as a sister, I'd go for Evelyn. I like the more unisex sound to it and it looks so nice written down. If you wanted a more femenine version, you could go for Evelina or Aveline.
