I can think of 3 adults off the top of my head, but the stats show it as being quite popular these days.
Of the names you've listed, Charlotte and Alison would be the preferences. Katharine (of various spellings) just feels overused and boring in multiple generations to the degree that it has that feel like the parents couldn't think of anything else or couldn't agree on anything else. Kathleen feels less over-used while still sensible and nice-sounding.
