Alaska would make a great dog's name! On a person, it's okay. Las/Lassy is definitely too 'dog', though. What about Alaska wth Aly or Ala as a nickname.
Tali is adorable but I'd really love it as a nickname. If you don't like Natalia, how about

Natalie
Talia
Talisha
Talitha

Alaska, Tali, and Skylar are a really random sibset, but not bad.
