Because I don't really like how Willow sounds. Willow sounds like the masculine name Will, which is very strong and masculine, with an O stuck on the end. So Willow sounds not pretty and unfeminine to me. I have the same problem with Willa.
Meadow has a pretty sound. Willow and Meadow are rather puky for sisters because of the nature theme.
