There is not a single girl combo I don't adore. Nine out of ten boys are combos I'd use on my own kids. WOW. :D The tenth, btw, is Simon Abel. I've never liked Abel, and it ages Simon in kind of a weird way. My favorite is nearly impossible to pick, but I'd narrow it to Ezra Samuel, Isaac Thomas, and Levi William. For the girls... well, that's almost impossible. My favorite favorites would be Naomi Hazel, Cecilia Violet, and Rosalind Esther (my go-to Rosalind combo).
