Frederick Jacob Altion-Tyne sounds lovely (though I always am a bit wary of hyphenated surnames.) It is notably handsome, very strong, professional, but not too stuffy that it would harm a boyish childhood.
I am unsure if the parents will use any nicknames, but Freddie has always made a section of my heart melt.
