My favourites are:
Sirius (maybe a bit too Harry Potter-ish), Orion, Leo
Andromeda, Luna, Estella, Phoebe, Lyra, Callisto (how does it seem like a boys' name?)
Bellatrix is nice, but a bit too Harry Potter-ish.

Sirius- I really like this name. Sound, spelling, and I think the fact that it's the brightest star is such a sweet thing to bestow on a child. But I'd never use it as a first name because it's just asking for teasing. As a middle name I'd be totally down with it.
Aries- It's got a nice enough sound and look but it's become a bit cartoonish to me now with the traditional image of Aries and all.
Quasar/Quazar- Haven't heard of this, and can't say I care for it.
Neil- I really like Neil. It's one of those quiet names that slips under people's radars.
Pollux- Can't take the sound of it serious. Remind me of pox and illness.
Caster- Don't like the sound or look. Too bland.
Callisto- Well, Calista is decent. Callisto is nice too- I don't have anything negative to say, but I probably wouldn't use it.
Orion- Never cared for it as a name. Once things get too literal (here, it's Orion's Belt) then they lose their appeal as names for me.
Leo- I love Leo! Packs a good amount of punch into three letters, and is fashionable without being likely to turn dated.
Kepler- Don't like the sound of this one.
Gemini- Too literal again. I immediately think of twins and the star sign.
Buzz- Too silly.Andromeda- I think it has potential, but it's a little too over the top for my tastes.
Nova- It's okay, but I do immediately want to add "caine" to the end.
Bellatrix- Now tied too closely with Bellatrix Lestrange for me.
Luna- Oddly though, I'd consider Luna. Even though it does remind me of the character. Maybe it's because I like this character and was aware of this name prior to Harry Potter, whereas the same can't be said for Bellatrix?
Laine- Boring.
Arista- It's okay. But it gives me a rich, snooty vibe.
Estella- I prefer Estelle or Stella. The extra A here just barely tips it into "too much" territory for my tastes.
Europa- I don't think it would be taken too seriously.
Celestia- Not a fan, also reminds me of sleeping and My Little Pony.
Cynthia- I don't mind it and generally have pleasant thoughts about it, but wouldn't use it myself.
Pheobe- I used to like it a lot, now I just find it okay.
Lyra- I go back and forth on it. Sometimes the sound bothers me, other times I like it.

I just read a blog post where someone named their son Kepler though I'm not sure I like it as a first name. I do like Orion and Sirius I just hate the way they get pronounced by folks (OH-ryan and seeerius yuck!) I love Nova, Arista, Laine and Lyra.

How do YOU pronounce Orion and Sirius??

Orion is more of an OAR sound than an OH sound and Sirious is more Si or Seh instead of See, I think its the over pronouncing of Oh and See that bug me a little.

Neil - I had no idea this could mean cloud! :) I have several family members named Neil.
Gemini - I like it, but prefer it for a girl.
Callisto - Never thought about masculine usage, but love it.
Celestia - Personally, I prefer Celeste or Celestina.
Europa - She was raped by a bull in Greek mythology...that kills any appeal it might otherwise hold to me.

Names I like, but not enough that I would use them: Luna, Laine, Lyra, Phoebe, Nova, Arista, Estella, Cynthia, Leo, Aries, Orion (plus Sirius, Andromeda, Bellatrix because they're heavily associated with Harry Potter).More astronomy/weather names: Maia, Miranda, Altair, Antares, Aldebaran, Oberon, Ariel, Cassiopeia, Vega, Aludra, Capella, Atlas, Electra, Mira, Polaris, Rigel, Phoenix, Lycoris, Alcyone, Soleil, Mercutio, Aquila, Acamar, Eridanus, Metis, Amalthea, Vesta, Dione, Charon, Eris, Barak, Darjeeling, Jaswinder, Thora, Soraya, Ashni, Levina, Aeolus, Anemone, Zephyra...
