Gloria. I think my older sister, who is 48, had the same feeling about
Katrina when I mentioned it-that it was very 80s/big hair, she definitely has those associations, which will remain as strong as the hurricane association for some. I also agree that
Katrina Violet seems a bit disjointed in style/era in comparison to
Gloria Violet (though that could work if a child were ever unhappy with
Katrina and wanted a more traditional option). Though
Violet and
Katrina both have the harsher (and intriguing) T.
