Liliana Sofia has my vote.
I'm relieved to see that I'm not the only person on here that loves Liliana. I don't like Lily or Ana as individual names at all, but oddly enough I love Liliana. Sofia is my top girl name currently. I can't stand the spelling 'Sophia'. Even if I didn't like Sofia, honoring / family names trump all anyway.
I'm not a fan of either Emilia or Elena. I do think they are good names in general, but I personally wouldn't use either.
