I immediately think of the phrase "prim and proper", which annoys me.I've never actually seen it used though (in real life or fiction). If I had, it might seem more personable to me than it currently does...sort of like using Maple as a name (actually, no, I like that more)...Still, I think it would be interesting to hear of a child called Primrose, simply because I never have before...
