I'm not sure if this counts (because the name is becoming more popular), but I met two middle-aged Rosalies (and a Roselle) in one month after going my whole life knowing none.
Oh and I don't "know" them, but the name Rhéal is quite common among males with French-Canadian heritage here, and that's a pretty unusual name.
