Elisabeth Ivy is nice. It's fairly classic but it still feels cute. My favourite nn's are Ellie/ Elly, Lise, Lizette, and Leesa.

I prefer Elisabeth Ivy and Ivy Sofia, and from those, Elisabeth Ivy, which I also think goes better with Benjamin Jude.

As a side note I prefer Elizabeth. If you pronounce them the same I don't see the point of using the 's' and saying Elisabeth with an 's' sound in the middle just sounds lispy to me.
