Elisabeth Ivy has a nice flow and looks nice written down. I'm not wild about Ivy but since it honors, then it's fine. BTW, what about *your* family? Is there anyone you'd like to honor?
Moving on, my favorite nns for Elizabeth are Bess and Ellie. For Elisabeth, my favorite nns are Elise and Liese. I prefer Elisabeth Ivy to Ivy Elisabeth. Ditto with Sofia Ivy which I really like. If I had to choose between Elisabeth Ivy and Sofia Ivy, I'd go with Elisabeth every time since there are so many different nn options that aren't as common as Sofia / Sophia / Sophie, etc. With Benjamin Jude? Elisabeth, hands down. Eleanor would be a nice complement too if your SO ever changed her mind.
