George is my favorite, and Emma is nice, too.
Popularity definitely alters my view to an extent. If a name that I moderately like becomes the latest trend, a bitter taste will soon be associated with it... but if it is a name that has been heavily admired for many years, I doubt that I would ever be able to fully dislike it (consideration to use it may falter, though.)
