As true as what you've said is, reality is not such a kind place. Professional potential employers will, without doubt, have initial (albeit likely left unvocalized) reservations about a Mykynzeelyn, Phoenix, Dandelion, Jaceyn, Midnight, Tibronz, Sunflower, Cinnamon, Breeze, or Sundai.
A name does not represent ones' true intelligence and skill, but it does leave a lasting first impression that could leave permanent damage... what if a company receives an extreme number of resumes for one or two coveted jobs, the person weeding through them could be looking for anything that is a redlight and refuse to do more than skim (if that) the remaining information.

Parents should never knowingly creating extra unnecessary obstacles for their child. Success in life is already intricate enough.
