I think it's boring. Amelia Rose is such an obvious and overused combo tbh. Amelia needs jazzing up, and Rose is definitely not up to that task.
I go between liking and totally hating Amelia. Atm I am not into her. I still think Milly / Millie is your best option if you're an Amelia.
But congrats to your friend! Although Amelia Rose isn't a name-lover's delight, it's much nicer than the vast majority of BAs that get posted here, so I probably shouldn't complain. :P
