My niece is Aimee Elisabeth. My sister liked the French spelling and chose the French spelling of Elisabeth to complement Aimee which is pronounced like Amy. It's okay. I find it dated and odd on my niece who was born in the 90s. Took awhile for people to catch on to the spelling too. I don't see it as juvenile -- perhaps trendy at one time. As you can tell, I don't love it nor do I hate it.
