The trouble with adding -lee to names is that it can make the name sound like an adverb, e.g., Evie-Lee = Evilly, Phoebe-Lee =Feebly
These aren't so bad:
Ruby-Lee
Georgia-Lee
Jessica-Lee
Hannah-Lee
but if it were me, I'd just use it as a middle name, or go with Leah as the most obvious female version.
There's also:
Emily
Kaylee
Marlee
Leela
Leena

If I saw Lei, I'd assume it was pronounced like Lay.
