I don't think she was talking to anyone in particular. My impression is that she just used that particular title in order to get some attention or lure people in, because the message title has absolutely nothing to do with the content. I don't think it's even a defense to someone's comment, given how the message starts out tentatively with "umm..." She's just trying to get as many people as possible to read the 'information' about her name (if it's even her real name), thanks to the controversial title.
IMHO, just a pre-teen troll that should be ignored.
